And so it begins.....

Bend Oregon was our first stop.  We enjoyed lots of good beer, a nice hike and of course a stop at Stich'n Post for some fabric shopping.  (shopping was successfull)

We hiked Jack's Creek headwaters trail.  It was short, relatively flat and very dusty.  The headwaters are a springcoming out right below a tree.  It was very nice.  

We especially enjoy Deshutes Brewery.  If you happen to be in bend be sure and stop by Deshutes for some brews and the 21 day dry aged rib eye steak.  Yummy!!
